\nThese terms were put online on 1 January 2016.
\nIt is specified that the general conditions of sale exclusively govern the sale of tickets for shows or courses and workshops organized by the Abrazo Tango association.
\nUse of the site and any site functionality available at http:\/\/festival.abrazo-tango.fr implies prior, full and explicit acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale.<\/p>\n

Terminology<\/h2>\n

Every natural or legal entity of legal age and capacity, wishing to benefit from these online marketing services and meeting these terms and conditions will hereafter be called the “Client”.
\nEach reservation for a show or a course made by a Customer on the Website as provided in these Terms and Conditions will be hereinafter referred to as “the Order”.<\/p>\n

Terms for ordering and prices<\/h2>\n

Customers have the possibility to order on the Internet at http:\/\/festival.abrazo-tango.fr<\/p>\n

Prices<\/h3>\n

The site presents both promotional prices which are only offered for a limited time on the website and the price applied on the day of the show, workshop or course.<\/p>\n

Membership<\/h3>\n

For legal and insurance reasons, association membership is required to take a course or workshop. Membership is valid for the season starting on 1 September and ending on August 31 of the following year.<\/p>\n

Each product only once<\/h3>\n

The customer can only add one of each workshop. The order will represent all the activities which that person will be registered to. A couple must introduce two individual orders with workshops.<\/p>\n

Promotions and packages<\/h3>\n

Promotional prices and packages are automatically applied to your cart.<\/p>\n

Discount coupon<\/h3>\n

Customers with coupon must introduce it before confirming their order.
\nIt is the customer to verify that all reductions have been considered for the final price of his basket prior to final payment.
\nAny attempt of fraud, including forgery and handling with stolen tickets, which would aim to circumvent these rules will lead to a cancellation of the ticket(s) purchased and possibly legal actions.<\/p>\n

Complete the order<\/h3>\n

Upon confirmation of the order, the Customer is asked to specify his or her role in specifying in the dancing couple as “guider” (usually the man) or “follower” (usually female). This information will be useful to predict the equilibrium (or not) between guideurs and followers in the courses.
\nThe Customer can choose to pay by online paiement, bank transfer or check.
\nThe customer will receives an email confirming his order.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/h3>\n

All orders regardless of their place of issue are payable in euros. Payment can be made by online paiement (credit cart), bank transfer or bank check sent to the headquarters of the association.<\/p>\n

non-payment<\/h3>\n

An outstanding payment for 15 days will lead to the order to be canceled.<\/p>\n

Registration<\/h3>\n

The registration becomes effective upon receipt of payment (wire or check). The customer is then informed by email of its confirmed registration.<\/p>\n

Tickets<\/h2>\n

The confirmation email serves as a ticket.
\nTickets for shows or events purchased cannot be refunded even in case of theft or loss and cannot be returned or exchanged except in case of cancellation of a show (or event) where the show’s organizer decides to reimburse the ticket.
\nIf the show has to be stopped beyond half its length, tickets will not be refunded.
\nIn case of cancellation of a show and if the organizer decides to refund, only the price indicated on the ticket will be refunded, excluding all other charges (such as transportation, hotels, parking, … ).
\nNo cancellations are possible after the payment of tickets by the customer.
\nAbrazo Tango reserves the right to make changes in the order, duration and delivery of the show. Moreover, Abrazo Tango reserves the right to cancel any event that could not take place if acts of hazard or force majeure such as weather, strikes, fire, water damage, disease of an artist etc (this list not being exhaustive). In such a case Abrazo Tango would attempt to propose another date or if this is not possible refund the ticket.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

In accordance with Article L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, event tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Personal data<\/h2>\n

Abrazo Tango is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data provided by the Customer both on its website and by phone and deal with them in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.
